From a basic Wix website which was barely generating any enquiries to receiving an average of 20+  booking enquiries per month.

Overview

Red Apple Early Learning Centres were in need of a new website for their two child care centres based out of Vermont and Balwyn North. Their existing website was basic and was barely generating any enquiry. After meeting with the Red Apple team we defined several goals for the new website.

Before a child is enrolled at a Red Apple early learning centre, Red Apple invite the family to tour the centre and meet the team. This helps the parents and child get to know the team and become familiar with the rooms. After a centre tour, families are in an informed position to decide if they want to enroll their child. More centre tours lead to more enrolments, which leads to a higher occupancy rate for the business.

With this information, we agreed that the main goal of the website would be to generate more centre tour bookings.

Setting Up The Website And Enquiry Funnel

The first step was to create pages and content based on the kind of information that parents would be looking for before deciding to book a tour. In consultation with Red Apple, it was decided that having dedicated sections for each centre would be ideal as it would better showcase the unique information relating to each centre. In addition to the centre pages, Red Apple took the time to craft profiles and have photos taken of key management personnel in order to give parents confidence in the management of the centre.

Each centre has a page dedicated to showcasing the programs available, rooms in the centre and a gallery for families to get an idea of what the centre looks like. In addition to this, we created a detailed About page for each centre which included a photo of the centre, key information, reviews shown dynamically from each Google business listing, social posts shown dynamically from each Facebook page, information about pricing, opening hours and an embedded map with a link for directions.

At the end of each page and below all the highly targeted content, we placed a simple yet strong call to action (CTA) asking the website visitor to book a tour. This combination of providing easily accessible and highly relevant content along with clear direction on how families should proceed resulted in a significant increase in centre tour bookings.

Growing Traffic To Increase Tour Bookings

With the website taken care of with a strong tour booking funnel, we next began focusing on getting more traffic to Red Apple’s website. This has been achieved with a combination of both onsite and offsite search engine optimisation (SEO) and by running highly targeted search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns in the form of Google Ads.

Between creating a high converting website and turbocharging Red Apple’s website traffic, we have a achieved a much higher volume of booking enquiries which has resulted in more bookings and an overall increase in centre occupancy rates.
