Understanding Our Process

We start with a strategy call where we learn about your business, your current marketing, and your goals.
From there, we conduct a full website and marketing audit and write a diagnosis report. We’ll present the diagnosis report in a meeting, walking you through what’s not working and where the biggest opportunities are.
You’ll receive the report afterwards, giving you a clear overview of the issues to fix and areas to improve.
Once the diagnosis report is complete, the next step is creating your marketing strategy.
This is a detailed document where we map out how your marketing should work. It includes your audience, positioning, messaging, channels, funnel structure, and a clear action plan.
We walk you through the strategy in a dedicated session so you understand exactly how everything fits together and what needs to happen next.
This is where the strategy is put into action.
We handle the setup and execution across your website, paid media, SEO and tracking systems. We take care of the technical work while collaborating with you where needed and keeping you informed throughout the process.
Implementation is staged where it makes sense. For example, we ensure your website is ready before running ads, while other channels like SEO can run alongside it.
Once everything is live, we move into ongoing optimisation.
This involves monitoring performance, running tests, refining campaigns and continuously improving results based on real data.
You’ll have full access to your accounts, along with a dashboard to track performance, monthly updates, and the option for scheduling calls to review progress.
The focus is on improving efficiency, increasing return on investment, and scaling what’s working over time.

Working With Us

We break the process into clear stages so you only pay for what’s required:
  • Diagnose – free
  • Design (marketing strategy) – once-off fee
  • Implement – project-based quote
  • Optimise – ongoing monthly fee
If you move forward with implementation, the cost of the marketing strategy is credited toward the implementation.
The strategy quote is provided to you with your diagnosis report.
If you choose to proceed with the marketing strategy during that meeting, we offer a 10% discount. From there, we move into creating your marketing strategy.
That’s completely fine.
The diagnosis report gives you an understanding of what’s holding your marketing back and where the opportunities are. There’s no obligation to move forward on creating the marketing strategy.
That’s also fine.
Some clients choose to take the strategy and implement it internally. You’ll have a clear action plan, priorities, and direction to follow.
If you choose to proceed, we handle the full implementation of your strategy.
This includes building out everything in your strategy such as your website, campaigns, and marketing systems, and getting everything set up properly. We manage the whole process while keeping you in the loop and collaborating with you where needed.
You’ll have full access to your ad accounts, along with a dashboard we create that shows your marketing performance tied to business outcomes.
We also provide monthly updates by email, and update calls by request.
There are no lock-in contracts.
We believe we need to earn your business through results. By aligning our goals with your goals, your success becomes our success.
With that said, services and billing run on a monthly cycle and we recommend committing to a minimum 3-6 months to allow campaigns to scale.
