About Falcon Digital

Based in Melbourne, we launched Falcon Digital with a vision to help businesses of all sizes to get found online, showcase their brand and to increase their inbound leads.

We draw on over 15 years of experience in web development and digital marketing in order to deliver a website and marketing solutions that deliver real value and results.

Our Website Process

Initial kickoff call.

Once you have signed up with Falcon, you’ll be contacted by one of our dedicated project managers to schedule in your initial kickoff call. During the kickoff we gather all the required information we need to build your website.

Website development.

Once we have collected all the information from you, we begin the website build process. This typically takes around 3 weeks, but can vary based on the size and complexity of your website.

Preview and revisions.

During this stage we provide you with a preview of your new website. This gives you the opportunity to work with our developers to make revisions and tweaks to ensure you’re happy with your website.

Website launch.

Once you have signed off on your new website we schedule in a go live date. On the go live date we launch your website live on your domain name and schedule in your training session.

Training and support.

We conduct a 1-on-1 online training session to walk you through how to use your new website and manage the content. Finally, your dedicated project manager introduces you to our support team who are there to assist you with any queries you may have.
