Building a scalable ecommerce platform for multi-brand growth

EnviroPro is an established Australian business with nearly 30 years of experience providing environmentally friendly wastewater, odour control, and composting toilet solutions. As the business evolved, it became clear that a modern ecommerce platform was needed to better showcase their products and support future growth.

The goal was to develop three websites—for EnviroPro, OGO Toilet, and Natures Head—that featured a modern design, enabled online sales, provided access to resources, and integrated seamlessly with existing business systems.

The Challenge

An outdated website limiting ecommerce and operational efficiency

The existing website did not support modern ecommerce functionality or reflect the scale and professionalism of the business and its associated brands. It lacked the ability to effectively showcase products, sell to both domestic and commercial customers, and serve as a central hub for information and resources. In addition, integrating online orders with existing business systems for payments, accounting, and order processing was essential to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Our Approach

Developing an integrated ecommerce and content platform

We worked closely with the EnviroPro team to plan and develop three websites that support both ecommerce and content delivery. Each site was designed to showcase products clearly, with structured layouts that make it easy for customers to browse and purchase.

We implemented ecommerce functionality tailored to both domestic and commercial customers, along with integrations into payment and accounting systems to streamline order processing. To support ongoing engagement, we also integrated social channels and created a central hub for resources, including product guides, news, and event information.
